HOW CAN I PAY?

You will need to use an online Debit/Credit Card.

IS IT SAFE TO MAKE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ON YOUR SITE?

Yes, it is safe to make a credit card payments on our site. When you purchase a product with us, your payment is processed through Shopify which has a secure payment porthole. 

DO YOU HAVE A STORE?

We currently only have an online store as we have opened recently. We will let you know as soon as we have any exciting news about a shopfront!

CAN I MAKE A RETURN IN STORE?

As we currently only have an online store, you will need to read our return policy and return your order to our online store. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can get your order enquiries sorted!

CAN I BUY GIFT CARDS ONLINE?

We do not currently offer gift cards for our online store. We will let you know once we do. 

WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ON PRODUCTS, SUCH AS SIZING AND MEASUREMENTS?

All product information should be readily available on the product page itself.

DOES THE PRICE OF A CUSHION INCLUDE A FILLER?

Yes, the price of a cushion includes a poly-fibre filler.

 

AM I ABLE TO ADD OR DELETE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE COMPLETED THE ORDER?

Unfortunately once your order has been received we are unable to make changes. We ask that you ensure items, quantities and your delivery address is correct at the time of processing. Should you wish to add items we ask that you create a new order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You will not be able to cancel an order once you have completed the process.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN DECLINED?

If your credit card has been declined we ask that you contact your bank.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you don't need an account to place an online order.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

AUSTRALIAN METRO AREAS IN VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, WA

0-10kgs - $10 Flat Shipping Rate

10-20kgs - $15 Flat Shipping Rate

 

AUSTRALIAN RURAL AREAS, NT & TAS

0-10kgs - $15 Flat Shipping Rate

10-20kgs - $20 Flat Shipping Rate

20-35kgs - $25 Flat Shipping Rate

FREE Shipping applies to all orders $150 and over, Australia wide.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE AFTER DESPATCH?

We currently work hard to ensure all orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of receiving your orders. Typical delivery times expected are:

  • Melbourne - Approximately 2-4 business days
  • Sydney, Adelaide - Approximately 3-6 business days
  • Brisbane, Perth - Approximately 4-8 business days

All areas outside these metro locations please allow up to 8-12 business days. Please note these time frames are estimates and our Couriers endeavour to meet these estimates at all times.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?

Despatches occur Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship orders within Australia.

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO A PO BOX?

No, orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?

You will need to sign for your order when it is delivered, therefore we suggest you use your daytime address for delivery. If your order is not signed for, it will be taken to a depot and a rescheduled delivery time will need to be arranged. 

HOW DO I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY DELIVERY?

 We will provide you with a confirmation email and delivery tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
