Return Policy

If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown, please get
in touch with our team so we can get this sorted for you immediately! Please send us a
message as soon as possible with pictures. 
• You can return any faulty or damaged item within 14 days of receiving your original order,
so long as you notify us within 2 days of receipt of items.
• All returns will need to have a proof of purchase provided. 
• If you would like a refund for your goods, you may return them to us at your cost.
• If you are returning an item because you would like a different size or colour, or change of
mind, we are happy to oblige. However, we will not reimburse you for the shipping charges..
• When you post the original item back to us ,We will refund the amount you paid for the
item and not the shipping cost when you purchased the item. This includes sale items.
• All goods will be inspected on return.
• We try hard to accept all returns, and returns NEED to be in the original packaging and
they must be returned in their original condition. In the unlikely event that an item is returned
to us in an unsuitable condition, there will be no refund applicable.
• The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's
packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
• We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
• If you receive a damaged product, please ensure that you send through photos with your
initial message. 
• Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are
returning or obtain proof of posting.
It can take up to 10 working days for your return to arrive at our warehouse and we'll send
you an email to let you know once it has been received and your refund has been
processed. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can
take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.
